AEGEAN

MS AEGEAN is a 44 meter wooden laminated goulette and has been undergone into a major refit in 2019 by Fdc Yachts.

Yacht was scaffolded outside and shrinked. Yacht hull has been totally repainted, necessary areas were fillered and faired. Superstructure was vernished 12 cotes with International Perfection Plus. All coachroof wood plankings were renewed. New antifouling was applied below waterline.

Main engines were removed and overhauled totally. Some chronical problems were solved in the hydraulic system. Fuel system piping upgrades were applied. Deck equipments like, Windlass and winches were serviced. New stainless steel anchor plates were manufactured and installed.

Coachroof exterior mahagony wood were removed and renewed. All deck caulkings were removed and reinstalled. Some of rotten deck woods were removed and changed. Interior upgrades were applied in the saloon and cabins. She was launched on May 2019 after a successfull refit season.
